SLANT SIX CONSULTING is led by Travis Audet, who has over 30 years of professional brewing experience in all sizes and types of breweries, including brew pubs, craft breweries, R&D breweries, and large-scale breweries.

In addition to his broad work experience, Travis also earned the Master Brewer Certification from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling. He has been deeply involved in the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA), both at the district and national levels. He has a passion for brewing education and has delivered numerous technical presentations for industry professionals and organizations, as well as provided instruction in brewing science to our up-and-coming master brewers. In 2022, he was granted the Award of Honor from the MBAA for his years of service to the organization, delivering significant contributions to brewing science, technology, and operations.
